MBU capital has recently opened a fund that invests in geographically diversified UK offices and industrial property. Its investment objective is to provide a total return consistent with a balanced property portfolio.
Through use of our access to high quality access coupled with deep sector relationships we aim to deliver a 14% gross IRR over a minimum 5-year period.
Our strategy is to seek out and capitalise on market inefficiencies, with reference to the investment risk profile set by its benchmark. The investment process is very stock-focused, and draws upon our strong active asset management capabilities, in conjunction with CBRE & Nurton Developments.
